Welcome to Sycamore Class.
Our Super Sixes are excited to share their learning journey with you in their final year at Victoria Road.
The children will be working very hard whilst making special memories. We have many special activities planned that will take place throughout the year.
Make sure you visit our webpage and Facebook page often.
How can I help my child this year?
Please support your child by reading often with them and completing homework tasks.
Books and diaries should be in school every day.
Help your child learn their weekly spellings and the words on the Year 5 and 6 word list that has been sent home.
Spelling Books should be in school every Monday and Wednesday.
Learn times tables and help your child become secure in recalling facts to x12.
We will be hosting our parent learning sessions at different times in the year which will cover mathematics, reading and SPaG. Dates will be sent via letter and will be posted here and on Facebook.
The key stage 2 tests are timetabled from Monday 14 May to Thursday 17 May 2018.
